In the fall, we leave each hive with nearly 100 pounds of honey to help the bees make it through the winter.  What we share with you here is the extra that the bees produce in a good year.

CURRENTLY AVAILABLE:  We’ve wrapped up the honey harvest for the 2021 season with a final extraction of some gorgeous, dark September honey.  If you don’t see what you want here, sign up for our (very infrequent) updates and we’ll let you know as soon as other products become available. You can also follow us on Instagram to find out what the bees are up to.

CURBSIDE PICKUP?  Yes! In addition to shipping, we provide curbside pickup. You’ll have the option during the checkout process to select curbside (you can also call or email us to coordinate an order).

Flight of Honey - Raw Honey Gifts
Flight of Honey (Seasonal Sampler)
For a limited period each year, Little Wren Farm offers this unique sampler of early, mid- and late-season raw, wildflower honey.  Honey varies dramatically in appearance and flavor from season to season. These differences are influenced by many variables including the weather and changing nectar sources. People are often fascinated to discover the distinct differences and that they have a strong preference for honey from one season or another. Included in this sampler are four, 5-ounce jars of honey. Each jar contains an early, mid, or late season honey and is labeled with the month it was harvested; the specific months may vary from year to year depending on variables that influence the bees' activities. (Apple not included!) See the Description section below for a bit more information about the different honeys in this sampler. If you’re unfamiliar with raw honey, please also read about raw honey and crystallization in the Description section below.
